John Pollock

Chief Operations Officer

John Pollock is Chief Operating Officer of Meridian. He is responsible for the vision, growth and profitability of Meridian. John directs the company’s strategy and manages operations including, development, sales, marketing, asset management and finance. With more than 20 years of knowledge shaped by a wide range of experiences in commercial and residential real estate development, John has proven his ability to lead, develop and manage projects of any size. Prior to joining Meridian in 2006, John served as General Manager for national homebuilder Centex Homes where he was responsible for all land development, construction and sales in Santa Fe, New Mexico. From 1997 to 2003, John served as Vice President of Bovis Lend Lease, a leading international project management and construction company operating in more than thirty countries. At Bovis John's responsibilities included managing finance, project controls and risk management and he was involved in a wide range of transactions in size, scope and geography. Notable developments included: Santana Row San Jose, CA, Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco, CA, Lincoln Square, Bellevue, WA and the Privatization of Fort Hood Family Housing in Killeen, TX. John is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from St. Mary's College.

Dan Rosenbaum

Previously, Dan served as senior vice president at Nearon Enterprises of Walnut Creek, Calif., for nearly 13 years, where he specialized in the acquisition, development, management and disposition of office, industrial and retail properties. Prior to Nearon, Rosenbaum spent seven years as executive vice president at South Bay Development Company of Campbell, Calif. Rosenbaum also has experience on the finance side having spent 10 years as a construction lender at Union Bank and Comerica Bank. He was the president of the Silicon Valley Chapter of NAIOP in 2007 and again in 2015.

Mike Conn

Senior Vice President

With nearly 20 years of experience in construction, real estate, and development, Mr. Conn is responsible for all aspects of development, including site acquisition, due diligence, estimating, proformas, scheduling, and entitlements. Continue Reading

He oversees construction, asset management, and leasing of projects. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Conn worked in commercial brokerage at CB Richard Ellis, where he specialized in the sales and leasing of industrial and flex/office product. He has also worked as a developer with Catellus & ProLogis, and as a general contractor with Turner Construction Company. Over the course of his career, Mr. Conn has completed projects totaling over several million square feet, with a value of $750 million. The projects range from historic value-add renovations, to Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) sub-acute adaptive re-use facilities, to dense ground-up urban infill development. Some of the notable healthcare facilities include dialysis centers, bio-pharmaceutical labs, primary care medical and dental clinics, and several OSHPD out-patient ambulatory facilities. His clients include major healthcare providers such as Kaiser, DaVita, Amgen, Baxter, and many Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). Mr. Conn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, a General Contractor, and LEED Accredited Professional.

John P. Moutsanas

John was responsible for the development and disposition of a portion of Meridians medical professional office portfolio totaling in excess of 950,000 square feet (80+ buildings). Prior to joining Meridian, John worked in the Silicon Valley office of Cornish & Carey Commercial where he focused on securing tenant representative relationships & asset management. Previously he was with Homestore.com, focusing on establishing REITS relationships for their online portal. John holds a Bachelor in Law & Society from the University of California at Santa Barbara, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California. John joined Meridian as regional asset manager in 2005.

Indrajit Obeysekere

Vice President of Client Services

He contributes his client focus and experience in health care development in support of our senior development team. Prior to joining Meridian in 2016, Indrajit held a number of leadership positions within the Kaiser Permanente's National Facilities Services and Legal department. Indrajit has many years of experience in complex real estate acquisitions and entitlements and his understanding of the real estate needs of the major healthcare delivery systems helps our senior leadership team structure and execute on our transactions. Indrajit holds a JD from UCLA and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California.
