This referral form must be during the program period commencing on June 16, 2009 and ending on September 30, 2009. Referral forms not presented within such program period shall be invalid. Offer not valid if buyer is represented by a real estate agent. Upon the close of escrow or rent commencement date, as applicable, the referral fee shall be paid to the referring party.
