Meridian was engaged to create a 8,700 SF OSHPD3 ambulatory outpatient medical facility in the city of Fairfield, CA. Meridian identified the center point of the City as a location with the greatest need for their client’s services as it was where most patients were located and had a lack of existing available and accessible services. Meridian’s search for an appropriate parcel was challenging – we had to search in an extremely mature market with very little available space and we were also working with a tight budget to ensure economical viability for the provider. After an extensive search, Meridian purchased a 1.5 acre vacant lot from a Successor Agency of Fairfield close to existing retail space. The building was finished on time and on budget and resulted in a state-of-the-art building able to provide patients with life-saving treatments in a convenient location close to their residences, while also extending the clients brand.
