Meridian converted a 7,000 SF Wells Fargo building within a shopping center into 5,000 SF of Urgent Care space for CareNow, plus 2,000 SF of retail space for a future tenant. Management services included entitlements, design, permitting, bidding, construction, and documentation of lease milestones.
